[Aqua has seen better days, and she acknowledges this, but that's what happens when you're a demigod. Finally reaching the Greek camp is actually something of a relief to her for three very important things. One: it's safety, and she can use a rest. Two: the Third Cohort should be gathering here, and she's been worried sick about them. Three: Ven's here, and she's been mostly worried about him.

So, here she is, using a strange Greek method of communication. This has got to be the strangest thing. Talking through a rainbow. Jupiter's coattails this had better not be a prank.]

Greetings. I'm Aqua Elwyn, daughter of Neptune and Centurion of the Third Cohort. I was told that I would be in Cabin Three?

[Aqua hopes that she isn't the only child of Neptune who has reached camp. Otherwise, it's going to be pretty lonely in there.]

I would like to extend my apologies to my cohort and to both praetors for how long it took me to get here, but I wished to help with the...evacuation. And I had some personal affairs to sort out.

[Though by "personal affairs" she means lying to her parents, but what choice did she have?]

Third Cohort, I hope you've been well in my absence. I'd ask for a report, but.... [She smiles a little sheepishly.] This might not be the time for it. I'll be more than happy to know that all of you are okay.

If you had asked I would have come to get you, shave some time off your travel. Plus it would have gotten me out of here.

[Her smile gets a little bigger when she sees Callie.]

Thank you, Callie. I had considered, but I didn't want to risk that someone would need your doors more than I would. How are you doing?

I wasn't needed, the last group to leave took the long way.

Most of the camp wouldn't rely on me if their lives depended on it. I've been... making friends. Sharing my feelings, that's what they do here.

*Something about her tone suggests Aqua should know how this works.*

[Ah. Well, it's not like she can blame Callie.]

I know you don't like it when people say this, but...I'm sorry. If there's anything I can do to help, I will.

AQUA! [Well, one of her kids is definitely all right, as is shown by Ven's ecstatic face showing up in that weird rainbow. omg his cousin is here at last he is so happy.] You're finally here! Hang on, I'm coming to find you!

[He doesn't just run off - he flies off, launching himself off the ground to go find her. He knows his way around camp by now, so it'll only take a minute before he's there.]

[Holy Neptune is she glad to see her cousin. She waves up at him, since he kind of zooms off before she can make a reply in the rainbow. Not that Aqua minds.]

[Good, because be prepared, Aqua. Because that is your cousin streaking through the air right at you less than a minute later, as fast as he can go. He pulls up just enough to not break her bones on impact but she's still getting tackled, his arms wrapping around her in a tight hug that ends up lifting her off the ground at first, too.]

[Jason looks really pleased to see the familiar face in the rainbow.]

Aqua! It's really good to see you. Don't worry too much about taking so long, there are still several members of the legion who haven't come to camp yet and are working on other things.

We can meet later in person to discuss any official matters. Focus on settling in first, okay.

[She straightens a bit when Jason contacts her and nods.]

Okay. Er, I would like to ask, Praetor, how well the Legion is doing?

[Aqua frowns.]

Being away for so long has left me out of the loop. I'd like to be prepared on whatever the current situation is.

[Jason looks like he's thinking for a moment and then responds.] It's...probably not the best news. There are currently 16 members of the Legion here and at least one representative for each Cohort. Both praetors are here and there are now three centurions with you here. We've settled into camp fairly well. Though I will be honest there have been some incidents lately between some of our own that concern me. We're...surviving, is really the only way to put it.

[He pauses and the figures that Aqua should hear about her cohort.]

Callie is one of the ones we've had trouble with and we're currently keeping an eye on her and one of our newer legionaries who seem to have a very serious disagreement between them. She's been...avoiding pretty much everyone lately. Ven and Heather have both been trying to fill your shoes I think and they've been doing a good job of it, all things considered. I'd suggest giving them some recognition within the cohort. And Minako only got here a few weeks before you did, she's the most recent of your cohort to arrive. Otherwise, I think Ven and Heather can fill you in well enough.

Cabin Three is not difficult to find. The outer walls are rough gray stone with pieces of seashell and coral, it also faces the ocean. I can come show you, if you would like.

[Kaldur pauses and then adds.]

I am Kaldur'ahm Hyde by the way. I am one of the Egyptian magicians here, path of Sobek, so I stay in Cabin Three.

[Aqua smiles warmly at him and nods in respect.]

It's nice to meet you. Ah, if you don't mind my asking, do you have a nickname I could call you by? [She looks a little sheepish.] I'm afraid I'll mispronounce your full name. And I wouldn't say no to being shown where the cabin is.

[He smiles slightly. He had a feeling it would be the case.]

It is fine. Most people just call me Kaldur. Is that suitable?

You are at the Big House, correct? I can be there soon...it is not a long walk.

[excusing]

[ That high pitched squeal was definitely from your little (former?) troublemaker. Heather, clutching her face, comes into view, just for a second. ]

Hello, girl! Centurion! Sorry! Oh, jeez, hold on, I - [ She dips down, fumbling to get her boots on, as she's been sitting in her cabin momentarily. ] Where you at? I'm coming to find you!

[Aqua's smile turns into a grin when she sees Heather.]

Hello, Heather! I'm currently at the Big House.

[excusing]

[ She just gives a relaxed salute, swiping her arm across the message before taking off. Hardly breaking a sweat, she jogs over from where she had been about to climb the rock wall again. Are hugs appropriate? She's probably the most affectionate of the bunch so, yep, have a big bear hug from Heather in greeting. ]

Oh. So you must be one of Heather's friends from Camp Jupiter, right?

[Yang may look like a blonde, but she takes friendship and family very seriously and had paid close attention when Heather had talked about her old home.]

I'm Yang, one of Heather's relatives here. I hope we can be friends too, Aqua.

[There's a small thirteen year old looking at you Aqua, incredibly intrigued, fiddling with her own blue streak in her hair.

It's only after a few seconds of staring that she realizes, oh yeah, she should say something.]

Hi! Um, Neptune's like Poseidon right? 'cause you'll be in Percy's cabin then!

[This small 13-year-old is totally cute.]

Yes, he's Poseidon to you guys. Who's Percy?

He's the only son of Poseidon here, I think. No, wait um, he mentioned having a brother before...

[Naomi trails off, trying to remember what Percy had told her exactly.]

[Scott gives Aqua a little wave and a grin - he's happy to see her. He's always had a lot of respect for the Third Cohort's centurions, especially because of how tight he is with Hearher.]

A lot of your cohort's here already. They're - we're, I think we're safe here. It's good.

[Aqua grins and waves back at him.]

Hello, Scott. It's good to see you again.

[She nods at the news.]

Thank you for telling me. This camp...well, I have to admit, it's a pretty nice place from what I've seen of it. I didn't expect the dragon at the entrance, though.
