[Alcuin's grateful for one of the powers he inherited from his mother, for once- at least he doesn't have to show the whole camp how hard he's been crying. He looks as pretty as ever, but his aura of calm and happiness has been replaced by one of intense purpose.]

 [Sojourner Ayers-Silva left Camp months ago rather mysteriously - well - mysteriously because she didn't tell anyone outside of Chiron and her half-sister Jill why she was leaving. For everyone else? She just sort of vanished.

She's back now though, arriving early that morning with a worn leather jacket hanging off her shoulders and her hair (once braids but now in dreadlocks) tied up in a ponytail. After dropping her bag off at the Nike cabin Sojourner's spent the majority of the day wandering around the camp, trying to readjust to being back. As well as dealing with the fact she probably wouldn't see her family for a long time if ever again.

It's in the afternoon when an iris message is sent out, opening up with a familiar twitter-like laugh. Sojourner is perched at the top of the rock wall, round goggles hanging around her neck.]

Miss me guys?

Hello, Camp. [ Well, guess who has returned from what felt like a campaign trail? It feels like a fruitless journey, which is endlessly frustrating for Annabeth Chase, but she hopes that those she spoke to will follow quickly. It is important to her that they get to the bottom of this.

Her steely face appears in the rainbow though she does not look completely grim, which is a relief. ] At least I know more than I did when I first set out, though there is still much to learn about the Norse kids out there. I think an official quest may be in order soon.

[ She pauses, pursing her lips. ] I just want to know – has anyone heard from Percy recently? Has he arrived yet? [ And didn't tell her?? Because there may be Problems. ]

Oh, and – thank you, Ron, for holding down the fort in my absence.

[Most people (newbies excepted) would probably recognize the teenager that walks straight out of the ocean on the afternoon of the 19th, just as casually as if he were walking down the street in Anytown USA. If the fact that he's choosing to swim fully-clothed in October in New York doesn't give away who he is, the fact that he isn't soaking wet probably does.]

[He needs to meet with Chiron, but the first place Percy goes is actually the Poseidon cabin, closer to the ocean and his home-away-from-home, so he can drop off the small pack he's carrying - but less than ten seconds after he walks through the door, he tears back out it again and back down to the ocean.]

When were you gonna tell me I had a sister?!
