Shot 02 - IM/Action - log 02

[The IM starts off with your favorite charming 1940s transplant and his skinny asthmatic best friend looking kind of….sheepish. Well, Bucky looks sheepish and mildly annoyed. Steve is just giving him a Look. Bucky is the one who speaks]

So, uh, me an’ Steve...we don’t really know how to use all this twenty-first century technology and...we. Broke something.

[He holds up an iPod dock that is very much broken]

We thought it was a radio or somethin’. Guess not.

[Bucky goes to cut the rainbow but Steve stops him, giving him another Look.]

And we’re sorry we broke it, an’ that we stole it. [To Bucky:] Aren’t we?

...yeah, that too. [As he cuts the rainbow:] Really, Steve?

You know if you asked first, someone could explain it so you won't break things.

Y'know I'm gettin' really tired of people lecturing us?

[Nothing personal Sky. He's just had like six people do it]

So... you wouldn't be mad if we came to your cabin and accidentally broke your belongings?

*Sky isn't mad, but Sky is pretty sure this person isn't very nice.*

If you managed to break my gun that my dad gave me, we'd have bigger issues.

[That's basically all he has, really]

Look, we didn't mean t'break it, we were gonna ask but didn't see anyone, we've apologized, so everyone can just shut up about it already. Only thing we did was break the little screen thing an' the cord stickin' out of it.

If I broke your gun, I could fix it. But I would never touch it without asking first.

*Her father gave her a stomach.*

Your friend apologized, you didn't. It shouldn't be too hard to repair with the right parts... but, maybe we should make sure the door to the cabin should be a bit more obvious that it isn't public space.

Yeah, well, we said we're sorry; an' we honestly thought it wasn't gonna be used.

We use everything, it's not exactly easy to get materials here.

Plus there are several projects we keep in the forges, and sometimes the cabin, that could kill people that aren't careful.

[thestarspangledman]

[There's a slightly frustrated little noise.] Then why the heck would ya keep 'em there?

[creepyfreezone]

Because we work on projects after lights out. I don't sleep, but I am still obligated to follow curfew, its the rules.

Then maybe you shouldn't let your stuff look like a pile of junk.

We've had a lot going on, things get disorganized.

How organized are you after your arm gets ripped off by a werewolf and every project you're working on is backlogged by two weeks.

Well, I dunno, I've never had my arm get ripped off by a werewolf.

I wouldn't recommend it. Everyone looks at you funny and gets all weird and most things aren't meant for only one hand.

Well, see, I think I might die if that should happen; so I'll definitely try not to.

Good, because even if you don't die it also really hurts.

I bet it does, yeah.
