You know, it's kinda funny. This year I guess I stuck to some resolutions I don't remember making-- like, oh, finally getting out of my stepdad's house--

[ funny how getting kicked out makes that easy to do. ]

--and quitting smoking-- [ thanks a ton Eponine. ]

--and getting real close with my dad. [ no. really, Eponine. thanks. ]

Huh. Yeah. Wonder what this year's gonna have in store. Can't wait. [ With an eyeroll and a familiar, irritating itch for a smoke. ]

So. How many of you are going to make optimistic promises you're not gonna keep, eh? I know I'm tapped out of 'em, but that's just me.

I'm guessing the new year has disappointment, tax forms, and catoblepases…ses…seyes…whatever.

My resolution is to make it to 2015 with most of my limbs attached, and at least one day wasted.

Yeaah, sounds like an accurate prediction.

Next step's to find a loophole so it doesn't just have to be one day. The more the merrier.
