[Well, hello there, Camp Halfblood, have a bored looking young man, crossing his arms, and staring out at you with an expression of boredom and arrogance at the same time. Surveying his kingdom, as it were. At least, until he huffs a little, and something of that drops into merely a sulk.]
It occurs to me, Gods favor and patronize whom they will, of course, but back in the real world, that I’ve left behind, there are places where we leave the children no one wanted so the rest of the population can get along with, and go about their daily lives without getting their wrists stepped on each morning, or god forbid, being forced into pretending that we’re all some sort of…happy family
[There would be airquotes around that, if Thomas wasn’t more polished, and as it is, they certainly can be FELT from the way he drawls it out like that. The disdain is more than palpable, even if it IS a tad bit overblown and ventures toward melodramatic.]
As I’ve so lately been informed, this may not be the real world anymore, but wouldn’t it be nice, just think of it, if there were somewhere we could stash the lot of you who Mummy or Daddy hadn't felt the need to bother with just yet until such time as you might become interesting?
And Gods forbid not getting walked all over, but can anybody get a decent cigarette round here at least?

[She considers the other things on his list]
The hot dogs and livelong friends part is probably true though. Just, you know, through in intense games of Capture the Flag, pegasus riding, chariot races, and near death experiences...that's really the stuff you should be crying about.

You have no idea.
[Now whether she's referring to the "getting laid" comment or the other parts is up to you.]
Re: [IM]
[Not that Thomas has plans for much of a sex life here. He's too..uncomfortable with being a freak god kid already to really toss in deep thinking about what he likes, but on the off chance that changes...He should probably stop trying to antagonize the Aphrodite kids TOO much.]
Seems like I should be careful if I want one then. Good to know.

I'm glad I could help. Now, get out there and give camp a chance okay? I promise it's not as bad as you're making it out to be.
Re: [IM]
[See yeah, last thing he needs in that case. Attracting trouble and all of that. Thomas's favorite trouble is the kind he can manipulate behind the scenes so there's that. And camp, well. He's still not convinced but there's not a lot of other places to GO so...yeah. He's not opposed to liking it. He just doesn't think he will. Which is an improvement, slightly.]
I'll see what I can do.
