Scientifically, humans automatically group together, which has both good and bad consequences. I mean, nature has its own patterns that we're just learning to comprehend - you've probably noticed people automatically form lines behind other people and when someone starts walking on one side of the sidewalk, other people follow.

So, yeah, I guess a lot of the time there's a natural leader too. Maybe you're that guy.
