[Jason is on the IM trying not to look as exhausted and injured as he feels. Oh, he's certainly not as bad off as those stuck in the Big House, but it's clear that Jason saw action last night. There's a troubled look in his eyes, though it may not be for the reasons you think.]

I understand that some items may have been taken last night during all the turmoil. I'm not missing anything that I can tell and if any of my legionnaires are, please let me or Reyna know.

[Jason pauses and then adds.]

...but I am missing a person. The person in question is John Egbert of the Fifth Cohort. The Fifth still does not have it's Centurions here, but John is my half-brother and obviously one of the legion, so I felt like it should be my responsibility to ask...

Has anyone seen John since last night or has any idea what might have happened to him? I know I saw him go into the woods at some point, but I lost track of him very shortly after that.

[Another pause and since Jason isn't 100% sure how to end this he says.]

I'm trying to find that out. But he hasn't been back to the cabin and he's not among the badly injured at the Big House.

[He'd been hoping someone else had seen John. That he just.. missed him somehow. Dave's voice is terse - he's worried. John is his best friend.]

[Jason doesn't see how he's to blame for this, but he doesn't get angry at the phrasing or anything. Besides, Jason was John's brother AND the praetor of his legion. In a way, he is responsible.]

He seemed confident in his ability to handle the situation. I had to keep an eye on all of my legionaries, Dave. He should have been with other demigods, but I don't know if he would have stayed in formation or not. John wasn't exactly the type to follow protocol, even more so if he was fighting alongside some of the Greeks or other pantheons.

[It had been more of a general 'you' in any case, Dave not being so narrow-minded as to place the blame on one person. John is a bullheaded idiot, he's not entirely surprised he ran off.

Not that I've heard about. In all the chaos who knows, but John lived with me so it was a little more obvious to me that he was missing. I'm sure other Romans would have reported a missing member from their Cohorts by now.

[He does look apologetic. He knows John and Dave were good friends.]

I would really appreciate it. Even rumors or possible sightings at this point would be helpful I think. I can place him at the first call from the harpies, but lost him shortly after that.
