[ IM ] open to action
Morning, campers! [A young woman with dark hair pulled into a low pony-tail and bright blue eyes is waving at you over the IM.] I thought I'd introduce myself to you. I just got in last night. Anyway, my name is Elizabeth Comstock, I'm a Daughter of Eris, and a Hunter of Artemis. I know the last time the Hunters were here, things didn't go over quite so well, and I really hope we can put that past us, and work to a new understanding. [She smiles broadly.]
Of course, if anyone has any questions about the Hunters, I'm more than happy to talk shop. But don't worry, boys, I'm not planning on spiriting away all your lady friends. That's not why Lady Artemis sent me here. [Well, not entirely.]
I'm all set up in Cabin Eight, and I was hoping I could maybe take a pegasus ride at some point today, if someone wanted to help me out there. It's been a while since I've ridden one as a camper. Feel free to drop in, come say hello. I just thought it was only fair to introduce myself. [There's a 'caw!' from outside the frame.] Yes yes, I'll introduce you too, Songbird. When we have visitors. [She looks back at the rainbow and gives a small salute before the rainbow dissolves.]

Elizabeth is a bonafide hero.]
It's cool! I never really expected to be remembered, heh. Just, big shock y'know? And thanks! I mean, for back then. Papa and I would've been toast if you guys hadn't come!
Oh! Right. I'm Sojourner!

I'm just glad we were in the area to help you, Sojourner. And it's great to meet you. [And she means every word of it.]

I'd like to assure you that I'm not always this dumb but I kind of am.

I'm sure you're not- and you're certainly not dumb. Flabbergasted at the moment, sure. But I don't think you're dumb.

[And she's still grinning, looks almost ready to laugh. She's 100% serious in what she says, and yet there's no self-depreciating tone in her voice.]
Anyways, you just got here right? I'd ask if you needed help finding your way around but I'm sure this isn't your first time at camp!

[She's got a laugh in her voice.
She sets a few things down on her bed, then turns to Sojourner.] You bet. And while it isn't, I'm sure things have changed a bit since I've been here. Wanna give me the refresher course?
[Meeting your heroes is hard. Let's be bffs.]
no subject
The idea of giving her a refresher makes her grin, hands on her hips.]
Alright! One Ayers-Silva quality tour coming up!

'Course he can come along. Heh, nice to meet you Songbird!

[The bird caws, before floating over to Elizabeth's shoulder and perching there for a moment.] He says hello.
