[It's choose your own adventure time with Charlie! There are so many things to do around camp, he isn't even sure where to start. He settles on the first thing that pops into his head: Apollo Scouts. He is currently the only one and that is a sad thing.
Let's fix this.
>> You walk into the arts and crafts cabin.
Once he has finished breakfast, Charlie is hunched over a table with two stacks of paper, one large and one much smaller. He meticulously draws on a sheet with some orange and yellow crayons, tongue poking out in concentration, before finishing and putting his handiwork onto the smaller stack.
He will be doing this for hours.
>> You spy a young boy taping a poster to a tree.
Fruits of his labour complete, Charlie is out and about camp sticking the posters up to trees.
Of course, he's being very careful about what trees he's sticking them to. After all, he doesn't know if there's a nymph in there or not so he knocks politely on each and every trunk. If there's answer then he tapes -- yes, tapes, what if she's not home?! -- the paper to the tree before moving on to the next, humming happily to himself.
The paper probably falls to the ground two seconds later. He tried.
>> You have questions.
And Charlie is happy to answer them!
When he's done hanging everything up and eating dinner, he'll be outside of the Apollo Cabin with a bunch of his action figures, staging an epic battle.]

[And she blinks at the poster.]
Apollo Scouts?

Charlie hands over one of the posters (he's made a lot,) positively beaming.]
Yeah, Apollo Scouts! We're gonna do stuff and earn badges and be really cool. It's gonna be great! Wanna join?
no subject
Besides she has one question.]
But won't this make the other gods upset?
no subject
D'you think they would get mad? Anyone can be an Apollo Scout or make their own god scout!

It wasn't a bad frown. Just a frown.
As quietly as she could, with practiced precision, Eponine snuck behind Charlie before taking a seat on the crafts table itself.] Whatcha up to, kid?

WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN A WILE EPONINE APPEARS.
He doesn't even hear her approach and nearly jumps out of his skin with a little yelp as she sits, one of the crayons going flying.
He looks over at the person that's joined him and...]

No, really. He does a total 180 from being scared to happy.]
Oh, nothin'! Just working on some Apollo Scout posters. Here -- [He slides one over.] What do you think?
no subject
Eponine leans over, looking at the poster. She nods in approval.] Not too shabby! Very thematic, with the oranges.

Absentmindedly, she reaches across the table and grabs some embroidery floss.]

Politely, she clears her throat. ]
That's very kind of you, doing that.
no subject
What, knockin'? I wouldn't want to stick one on someone's house if they don't want it.

And you're using tape, which is also a lot kinder to the trees than a pin or a nail. [ Anna smiles sheepishly. ] Apologies. I am only a concerned child of Demeter, looking out for the woods and such.

I didn't even know people lived in trees until I came here. If I had known that, I would have been a lot more careful sooner!
no subject
Have you recently discovered your demigod identity? I remember exactly how that felt.

[Her eyes light up as she looks at the poster and then sets her bag down and sits next to him.]

WHOOPS MEANT TO TAG THIS EARLIER I AM SORRY
[He's been watching him putting up the posters for a while now, and can't help but stare at his half-brother.
Enjolras isn't sure whether to be amused or concerned.]
I FORGIVE YOU. FOR NOW.
Once he has the poster perfectly hung up on the tree with some tape, he finally turns his smile to his big brother.]
Advertising for the Apollo Scouts!
Re: I FORGIVE YOU. FOR NOW.
[He repeats it as though it's a foreign word. Enjolras blinks, slowly.]
What in the world is that?

Only the coolest thing EVER! We're gonna go on adventures and do things, and earn badges and write all sorts of cool poems and music and stuff!
