[After lunch, the nymph campers can be seen going around with stacks of paper. They nail a few to the outer walls of the cabins, hand them to campers they pass, and basically make sure that everyone at least sees a copy.

A copy of the new camp rules. Well, less "new" rules and more "reminder of the current" rules. Anyone who tries to challenge these rules or claim they don't have to obey them because they're not Greek is welcome to take it up with Chiron or Mr. D.
