[There's a little girl sitting on top of the Iris cabin, her legs dangling over the edge and a book in her hands. She's got a glazed ovr look in her eyes, despite having the book, and she's not paying much attention to anything around her.

Alice has lost track of time again. She meant to come down hours ago but her mind rose up, pulled her into the strange caverns of her imagination and did not let her go. She's drifting, lost in thought and almost too out of reach to get in touch with one.

A soft hum comes from her ever so often, snatches and snippets of a song that she hears in her head. She's not singing outright but if she were a little more aware, she would be.

Someone might want to get her down, or pull her out of her Wonderland. At the very least, they should probably get her away from the edge of the roof.]

Where'd you go?

[Naomi tilts her head, before looking around for a way to get up to the roof.]

[There's a ladder not far away, Alice used it to get up most of the way and did a little free climbing to manage the rest[

Wonderland. [She smiles] It's wonderful, it really is. I quite enjoy it. I just didn't mean to go, I was supposed to be reading and then... [She gestures vaguely] But that's how it works sometimes.

[She spots the ladder and heads over to it. In a few seconds she's managed to get up onto the roof, holding her arms out as she walks over to Alice, pretending for a bit to be on a tight rope.]

I bet it's wonderful, it's called Wonderland after all!

[She grins, taking a seat next to Alice.]

It's quite lovely. There's all sorts of things there that you can't find anywhere else. And so many lovely people and...and.... [She giggles, her hands going up as she seems to flail for a moment.

One she calms down, she peers at Naomi for a moment, tilting her head and smiling.] Who are you. I think I've seen you before but I don't reall knowing you.

It sounds really nice.

[Naomi tilts her head when she begins to flail for a moment, her hands going out just in case she falls.

When she asks her name Naomi puffs out her cheeks because she'd already introduced herself!]

'm Naomi. What's your name?

Naomi, right. See, I'm bad with names. I don't keep them in my head. They never want to stick around. Names have a mind of their own, always wandering and attaching themselves to people. Sometimes it's not even the right person!

[In her tangenting she completely misses the girls asking for her own name.]

Names are funny like that. Funnyodd thins. Sometimes i wonder if my name is going to wander off and find someone else to attach to. It's a very common name, so I think it's attached to lots of girls already, not just me.

Maybe your names already wandered off since you haven't told me it yet!

[She's only a little miffed by that, but mostly she's interested about the tangent, leaning back.]

You're right, names are really silly. But you gotta keep an eye on them, protect yours and stuff because if someone bad gets a hold of your name you're in trouble!

Oh, oh! I'm sorry, my mouth wanders too! Everything's wandering today. small>[She giggles.] I'm Alice.

[She tilts her head, eyes wide and curious.] In trouble? How what happens?

She's thinking about spirited away.

S'okay. [She giggles too.] It's nice to meet you!

And yeaaaah! Don't you know 'bout that? It's liiiiiike...

[She pauses, nose wrinkling as she thinks of how to explain it. How did it happen in that movie?]

Like if a really bad person got it, like a witch or a monster, then they own your name and you could forget it. Then if you forget it you lose your freedom and are stuck working for them! It's really bad! 's also why fairies never tell you their real names!

Ohhhhh. [She nods] That would be bad, very bad. I don't know that I would like to lose my freedom. I think I would be bad at it.

[She swings her feet, kicking her heels together.]

's why my Mama always writes my name in things so I never forget!

[Well, that and she tends to lose things.]

{She nods, smiling wide] I'll keep it close. Won't let anyone take it from me.

[Leaning over, she wraps her arms around Naomi and gives her a good hug.] Thank you Thank you so much or letting me know. I'd hate to find this out from someone who wasn't as nice as you.

[The hug - while unexpected - is more then welcome and Naomi returns it with one of her own.]
