Three Pair [IM | Action]

[The IM is probably a familiar face by now. He made an IM not too terribly long ago. Actually the subject of this one makes the previous one kind of ironic.]

Ah- so, I'm a little curious about whether or not prophetic dreams are common in a place like this. When I was discussing with Miss Mary about the possibilities of using an oracle to find the location of our Pantheon's things, I didn't think the oracle would be me.

[He pauses, rethinking his wording there.]

I don't think I'm an actual oracle, but I did apparently have a dream last night that was alarming enough that Mr. Chiron deemed it necessary to act on.

So, I'm being sent on a quest! To find my belt and gloves- or Thor's belt and gloves.

I've already asked Artemis if he would come along. Mr. Chiron wanted me to bring along one other person.

[Oh, hey there Eiji. You know that hawk that's been following you around lately? It's totally swooping down and landing on the ground in front of you and then proceeding to morph upward into--]

[Oh hey it's Ankh.]

A quest for articles of a God? Sounds interesting.

[You know, he has noticed this random ass bird following him around. He knew it had to be something other than just some normal hawk, but he was waiting to see if it would reveal it's true nature.]

[He's a little surprised to find that it's the weird guy from the roof. But he grins.]

Mm! Are you still worried about being bored here?

[tsunbird]

[He stretches his arms out and cracks his fingers, like he's readjusting to being "human". Which he sort of is, to be honest. He cracks his neck one way and then the other, shrugging at Eiji's question.]

Take me along on your quest and I'll decide afterward.

[He tips his head like a bird-- the gesture probably makes a lot more sense now, instead of just looking like an odd quirk of his.]

Did I stutter just now?

Well, no- I just didn't expect someone to volunteer so quickly. I haven't even told you where we're going, yet!

[He smirks, inspecting one of his hands idly.]

That's fine. You and your friend might need protection, anyway. [Ankh.]

Exactly what they sound like. Egyptians can't use pillows. We use headrests to ensure we sleep peacefully.

[Slowly raises an eyebrow. He's not sure if he's just misunderstanding his tone or he's being serious. Either way that's a pretty alarming thing to say.]

You kill someone.

I do, at least. Others just get grouchy.

Once you find our third party member, I'd like for you both to come meet me at Hecate's cabin. I feel we should discuss our strategy a couple days before we're due to leave.

[And he doesn't. He will just merrily drag Ankh over to Hecate Cabin.]

[Excuse you who said you could drag him anywhere. He's irritated, but following along after Eiji, trailing behind as they approach Hecate. He doesn't greet Artemis, just glances back and forth between the two.]

[The Irish boy nods at them both.]

Eiji. Ankh. Eiji, would you kindly tell us what your dream was in as much detail as you can remember? A refresher, if you will, so that we're all on the same page.

[He nods, leaning against the cabin, arms crossed in thought.]

It wasn't very clear, sadly. I was able to see them and the building they were in. On the side it said "Parson's New School for Design".

Perhaps not! A lot of times the subconscious mind can be triggered by things that have occurred in the conscious mind. The idea was put into your head that information might be found in the subconscious, and there you have it.
