[Cosette is sitting on over-sized pink luggage outside the Apollo cabin, hair slightly mussed from the exertion of dragging it to the building. As she tries to catch her breath she smiles, head half-bowed.]
Hey Half Blood, long time no see. I'm sorry I'm so late; they tell you something will take a few weeks to process and it ends up taking months. But...[She takes a breath before looking up and outright beaming.] I'm officially Canadian; the paperwork is finally done. You have a two week grace period to make all the Canuck jokes you want before I come after you.
[She takes another deep breath before pushing a stray strand of hair out of her face.] By the way, if there is anyone out there who feels like helping me lug this thing into Apollo cabin I'd really appreciate it. I think I might have pulled a muscle dragging it here.
