[Iris Message]
[It's been a while since Enjolras has sent out an Iris Message - but today seems like the perfect day to do so. He's sitting out by the lake, using the rainbow from the water to send out the message. There's a small frown on his lips, and anyone who knows him well enough should be able to see that there's a speech on the tip of his tongue.]
This is something that I have been thinking about for a long while now.
[There's a pause as he thinks the words over.]
One of the first things that we learn when we come to camp is the fact that we're unable to sit at any other table besides our cabins table. But have we ever been told exactly why that is? Asides from Hera's need to create "perfect families"?
[And there's a derisive snort.]
But we should all know perfectly well that you can form familiar bonds with people outside your cabin - and with the way things are going? Segregating ourselves from one another will do nothing but weaken us in the end.
And the way they've gone about doing this so far? Empty threats. I say empty solely because there is no proof that anything horrible will happen. Which leads me to wonder if there's actually some truth to it or is it a rumor started among bored campers or even Hera herself to keep us in line?
[He pauses again, the frown never lessening. There's a fire in his eyes.
Those who have been at camp with Enjolras should see where this is going.]
We shouldn't sit idly by and let ourselves fear something like this.
I suggest we protest this.
